🌿 Slow Vinyasa Yoga for Stress Relief 🌿
Start your week grounded and rejuvenated with our Slow Vinyasa Yoga class! The sessions are designed to help you manage stress, strengthen your body, and prepare your mind for possible challenges ahead.
Class Details:
🕰️ When: Sundays, 1 hour via Zoom📅 Recording: Available for 1 month🔮 Recommended Props: Yoga blocks, a folded blanket, or a cushion to sit on
During the class, we'll explore gentle flows to ground, strengthen, and stretch your body. The slow pace allows you to tune into your breath, cultivate mindfulness, and listen to your body’s needs.
