About the event

In the Class we focus on synchronizing breath with movement. It is a dynamic and flowing practice that can help improve flexibility, strength, and balance. When it comes to shoulders, neck, and back, Vinyasa Yoga can help to release tension and tightness in the target areas. The flowing movement and deep breathing can help to stretch and lengthen the muscels, which can help to reduce pain and discomfort. While flowing from one Asana to the other it requires you to engage your core and lengthen your spine. As a consequence you will better your posture. Finally, Vinyasa Yoga can help to reduce stress and promote relaxation - deep breathing and flowing movements can help to calm the mind and reduce stress levels. Enjoy the ride, listen and value your body! Bring a Yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and perhaps props such as a Yoga block (or thick book) and a thin blanket.
