About the event
Start your week grounded and rejuvenated with our Slow Vinyasa Yoga class! The sessions are designed to help you manage stress, strengthen your body, and prepare your mind for possible challenges ahead.
Class Details:
🕰️ When: Sundays, 1 hour via Zoom 📅 Recording: Available for 1 month 🔮 Recommended Props: Yoga blocks, a folded blanket, or a cushion to sit on
During the class, we'll explore gentle flows to ground, strengthen, and stretch your body. The slow pace allows you to tune into your breath, cultivate mindfulness, and listen to your body’s needs.
Important Information:
- Physical Challenges? If you have any physical challenges, please contact me at least 24 hours before the class at bree@theyogahand.com. We can discuss additional props or variations to ensure you have a safe and supportive practice.
- Mindful Practice: I encourage you to listen to your body and be mindful throughout the practice. Yoga is about connecting with yourself and finding what feels good.
