Brussels sprouts in red pasta dress

Simple and quick.


Brussels sprouts (preferably whole florets, if you want a finer taste, then quarter them)

Tomatoes (quartered)

Tomato paste

Garlic (cut into small pieces)

White wine

Pasta (Fussili)

Olive oil

Salt, pepper and if you want spicy chili

Optional: Parmesan or grated cheese


Fry Brussels sprouts in olive oil

Add tomato paste, tomatoes, garlic

Pour in white wine and let simmer briefly

Optional: add a little more water

Salt and pepper

Cook the pasta in salted water as described on the package

Then mix with the sauce and serve with a little grated cheese.
