Green asparagus with strawberries

Easy and quick to prepare


Green asparagus cut into bite-sized pieces

Spring onions finely chopped

Garlic (optional)

Divide small baby corn cobs

Roasted cashews

Salt, pepper, olive oil


Balsamic cream


First fry the vegetables in oil in a pan, then add the cashews a little later. Season with salt and pepper.

When the asparagus is still firm, arrange everything on a plate with the strawberries and the balsamic cream.

Enjoy it!
