Ingredients:
Milk (I use almond or oat milk)
Fresh washed unpeeled turmeric
Fresh washed unpeeled ginger
Ground cinnamon
Peppercorns or ground pepper
Some oil (I use coconut oil)
Optional: Honey
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender and puree well. Hold the lid tightly, because turmeric gives yellow spots :-)!!!!
Then bring the ingredients to the boil briefly and sieve.
Then pour into cups and enjoy!
